BACKGROUND

Most people know this company by the names "Page" or "Page Trucking". Those are the names, which are actively promoted throughout the marketplace. In reality there’s more to it than this. When you do business with Page, it’s possible that you could be partnering with any one of three trucking companies: Page Transportation Inc., Page E.T.C. Inc. or Keith Titus Corp.

The good news is that you do not have to figure out whom to talk to. Any Page associate that you talk to is well versed on the subtle distinctions between the three trucking companies that make up the Page family. Often, the nature of the products being trucked determines to which company your load is assigned. Usually this is of little consequence to you.

The Page family of companies had its origins in 1975 with the creation of Keith Titus Corporation. Named after its late founder, Keith Titus, the firm started as a small freight brokerage and steadily grew into a respected asset based carrier, primarily serving Central New York.

In 1981, Keith Titus Corporation acquired a well-known regional carrier, Page Transportation, Inc. With its strong brand name recognition, it was decided that "Page" was the name on which to grow its future. As the business steadily expanded, so grew the Page name, as offices were added throughout the Eastern and Midwestern U.S.

By 1988 Keith Titus Corp. acquired an established hazardous waste carrier and renamed the company Page E.T.C. (Environmental Transportation Company) Incorporated. Throughout the balance of the 1980’s and the 1990’s, the Page companies grew rapidly to become one of the largest specialized bulk carriers east of the Mississippi.

Today, Keith Titus Corporation (KTC) serves as the "parent company" for its two wholly owned Page subsidiaries, providing an array of administrative services to the two firms. And while KTC remains an authorized freight broker, it now does little work in this arena, focusing instead on the growth of related transportation services.

Page Transportation, Inc. has authorities & permits to transport industrial materials, general freight, agriculture products and hazardous materials. Also Page is permitted to broker shipments of the same. About half of the freight moved by Page is done under the authority of Page Transportation Inc. The firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of Keith Titus Corporation.

Typical commodities hauled by Page Transportation are ammonium nitrate, aluminum dross, non-hazardous soil, filter media, nursery stock, calcium and turnings. When available, owner-operators and other carriers are contracted to haul loads.

Page E.T.C., Inc. has authorities & permits to haul hazardous waste, hazardous materials, industrial commodities and general freight. E.T.C. is also a registered freight broker. About half of the freight hauled by Page is done under the authority of Page E.T.C.

The most common commodities hauled by ETC are contaminated soil, hazardous waste, scrap and assorted industrial commodities. When available, owner-operators and other carriers are contracted to haul loads. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Keith Titus Corporation.

Today, Keith Titus Corporation & Subsidiaries employs about 50 professionals at seven (7) locations throughout the U.S. The headquarters is located in Weedsport, NY, adjoining Exit 40 of the New York State Thruway (I-90)

CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

Page is a decentralized company, where most of the day-to-day decision-making and actions reside in the hands operations managers, who head up each of Page’s offices and oversee key administration functions within the corporate office. This is Page’s way of eliminating bureaucracy and making it easy for customers, drivers, carriers and vendors to do business with Page. The corporate management of Page trusts its people "to do the right things… and to do things right".

Providing support and guidance to all the offices and staff are a quartet of corporate management. You are invited to call upon any of these people with your comments and questions about Page:

--------------------------
Debra L. Titus, CEO

Debbie is a hands-on executive who is actively involved in all aspects of the business. But Deb would be the first to tell you, "I love to see our people accept responsibility and run with it." Subscribing to this philosophy, Deb frees herself up to be Page’s roving "ambassador", talking with customers, drivers, and vendors. "Above all else, this is a ‘people’ business. You have to care about the people you work for and work with, along with the issues they are facing," states Deb. To her co-workers at Page, Deb is a surrogate "mom", always generous with her time, help and consideration.

Mrs. Titus is the widow of the late Keith Titus, who founded the company. In her spare time Deb is active in many community causes and organizations, and she even finds time to drive school bus part-time. "I do it because I love being around the laughter and enthusiasm of children," explains Deb, whose three children are grown adults.

 --------------------------
Daniel K. Titus, President

Dan is a hard charging executive who has been around the bulk trucking business since his early childhood years. The son of founder Keith Titus, Dan grew up in the business by his father’s side learning the in’s and out’s of trucking. He’s just as comfortable in coveralls, under a truck repairing an axle, as he is in suit, at a business meeting with a customer.

Aside from the traditional duties as president, Dan handles business development, driver and carrier recruitment, sales and marketing.

Dan enjoyed a successful career in the financial services arena, taking a raw start-up business and building it into a highly successful operation. That was before Dan gave into the urges to return to his roots – Page. "I absolutely love
this business and the people in it. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to make Page my career."

Dan is a graduate of Ithaca College, and he and his wife Wendy have two children (and one of the
way).

--------------------------
Christopher Jorolemon, Vice President – Operations

Chris oversees all dispatch operations, the compliance and safety departments, along Page’s equipment repair operations. He is also responsible for inside sales, customer satisfaction and driver relati
ons. "Chris is one of the most analytical, level-headed thinkers that I know", explains Dan Titus. "He’s calm under pressure; he never gets rattled. Chris is a positive influence on the rest of the organization."

Jorolemon’s fair and balanced approach has earned him considerable respect from customers, drivers and co-workers alike. "This can be a tough business at times," explains Chris. "But it doesn’t have to be dog-eat-dog. We at Page strive to build solid, long-term meaningful relationships with customers, drivers, carriers and suppliers."

Chris is a graduate of SUNY Cobleskill, and he and his wife Jill have a child.

--------------------------
Rich Smith, Vice President – Sales

Rich is responsible for the sales activities within the Page companies. His main goal is to be “ in front “ of the customer evaluating their needs and offering solutions to their transportation issues.

“Transportation is more than moving loads from Point A to Point B” according to Rich. “Customers are looking for innovative ideas and thinking to help them achieve their goals. This is where experience and teamwork allow us to assist them and this is what relationships are built on”.

“Rich has over 30 years of sales and operations experience in bulk trucking,” says President Dan Titus. “He has a firm grasp on the dynamics that are important to shippers. I believe that Rich is going to prove himself to be a valuable ally to shippers, who are receiving poor service and support from their current carriers.

Rich and his wife Kathy have six children.
