Page does not actively recruit dispatchers away from its competitors, because Page respects the sanctity of existing employer-employee relationships. However, if you are tired of personality conflicts, lack of corporate support or low compensation, then perhaps a switch to Page should be considered.

You will not receive an unsolicited phone call from Page, or a letter, or an email. You have to take the first step. Just let Page know that you would like talk about a change and a Page representative will be happy to discuss it with you.

Here is what Page Trucking is seeking from a prospective freight broker/agent:

> Minimum $1.5 million in annual revenue that will accompany the broker/agent to Page.
> A revenue base centered in semi-dump, tank and/or pneumatic trailer freight.
> A loyal following of customers, owner operators, and/or carriers that compliment those already in the mix with Page.
> A personal reputation for integrity and honest dealings with others. (For instance, Page has declined interest in people who are known to have loads brokered to them and then underhandedly solicit the customers for themselves.)

It is quite common for Page Trucking to have more business offered to it than Page can handle. Independent carriers play an important role in keeping freight rolling. In fact, many loyal carriers are awarded with good-paying, dedicated, regular runs.

Page Trucking is looking for carriers that meet these criteria:

> Proof of operating authority.
> Proof of Workers’ Compensation insurance.
> Proof of primary liability insurance and cargo insurance.
> Truck(s) and trailer(s). [Semi-dump, tank, pneumatic.]

Carriers receive from Page:

> Settlements within 30 days of the carrier’s invoice date.
> Regular offers of loads.
> Rental and/or purchase of trailers
