Page does not actively recruit dispatchers away from its competitors, because Page respects the sanctity of existing employer-employee relationships. Here is what Page Trucking is seeking from a prospective freight broker/agent: > Minimum $1.5 million in annual revenue that will accompany the broker/agent to Page. > A revenue base centered in semi-dump, tank and/or pneumatic trailer freight. > A loyal following of customers, owner operators, and/or carriers that compliment those already in the mix with Page. > A personal reputation for integrity and honest dealings with others. (For instance, Page has declined interest in people who are known to have loads brokered to them and then underhandedly solicit the customers for themselves.)
