Driver Training

CDL A Training - 6 Weeks (240 Hours)
Our Class A CDL training is a full-time, 6-week course that prepares you for operating large commercial vehicles. Program includes:
- ELDT-Compliant Theory Training – Meets federal requirements for entry-level drivers.
- Pre-Trip Inspection Training – Learn essential safety checks.
- Range & Road Training – Hands-on practice driving under various conditions.
- Load Securement & Trailer Handling – Covers basic end-dump trailer training.
- DMV Road Test Preparation – Includes one road test fee ($40.00).
CDL B Training - 3 Weeks (120 Hours)
Our Class B CDL training is a 3-week course focused on smaller commercial vehicles such as buses and box trucks. Program includes:
- ELDT-Compliant Theory Training – Classroom instruction covering regulations and safety.
- Hands-On Driving & Maneuvering Practice – On-road experience for real-world skills.
- Pre-Trip Inspection & Vehicle Operations – Learn proper vehicle checks.
- DMV Road Test Preparation – Guidance to pass your licensing exam.
Class B Full-Time Schedule: 120 hours over 3 weeks.

Diesel Tech Training
Pre-Apprentice Program
Program Details
- Length: 6 weeks
- Sponsorship: Subsidized, no cost to participants
- Certifications: Basic heavy-duty mechanic training
- Pay: Earn while you learn, starting at $18.00 per hour

3-Year Mechanic Apprenticeship
Program Details
- Length: 3 years
- Sponsorship: State of New York & Department of Labor
- Certifications: Starts at $20.50 per hour with structured increases
- Pay: Earn while you learn, starting at $18.00 per hour

Eligibility
Anyone that is 18 and has the ability to pass our pre-employment testing (drug test and background check) is eligible to apply.
Cost & Pay Structure
- Pre-Apprentice Program: No cost, hourly pay of $18.00.
- 3-Year Mechanic Apprenticeship: Contracted program starting at $20.50 per hour.
- CDL A & B Training: Subsidized training programs ensuring low to no cost for participants.
- Pay: Earn while you learn, starting at $18.00 per hour
